PAUL GEORGE

PRESIDENT OF THE ART OF LIVING


Paul has spent the past 27 years helping people know, understand, and live in the true and authentic freedom they were created to live in. Throughout these years, he has served in various capacities including president of a non-profit, speaker, mentor, consultant, coach, and author. It’s his role as a husband and father that he cherishes the most. His personal mission is to love God, his wife, his children, and his neighbors as God loves. His first book, Rethink Happiness, was released in May 2018. His most recent book, Holy Grit, was released in 2023. Paul received an undergraduate degree in education and a master’s degree in Theological Studies from the University of Dallas.  He is a former college baseball and football player and an avid lover of the outdoors. Paul is a sought-after speaker, life coach, and consultant; he serves as founder and director of Art of Living Inc.  Paul and his wife Gretchen have been married for twenty-five years and they are the proud parents of five – Marie (and her husband Matt), Jacob, Sarah, Clare, and Addie.

ENNIE HICKMAN


For over two decades, Ennie Hickman has been a passionate advocate for authentic Gospel joy, discipleship, and Christian hospitality. His extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, youth ministry, mission work, and public speaking has touched the lives of countless people near and far. Ennie currently serves at The Saint Constantine School and College in Houston, TX. His commitment to loving one’s neighbor has led he and his wife, Cana, to the founding of the Del Rey Collective, where individuals and families are encouraged to embrace their missions in the ordinary, messy, and beautiful circumstances of everyday life. Ennie and Cana have nine children, ranging in age from 21 to 1 year old.

ERIN THOMAS


Erin Hawkins Thomas is a wife to Josh, mom to 5, artist, speaker, writer, and lover of all things creative. Since earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a K-12 Art Education teaching certificate, she has worked in and around the advertising and marketing scene while also serving in Catholic ministry and education for the last 20 years. Coaching, mentoring, and teaching hundreds of young adults while serving in many different roles both in the classroom and in school leadership has gifted her the experience of leadership, relationship building and communication, emotional intelligence and empathy, and personal growth and self-discovery. She has been writing and speaking for young people, Catholic parishes, retreats, parent groups, and more for over two decades. In 2022, she followed God’s call into full-time ministry. In an authentic and powerful way, she invites others into her journey of grief, trauma, and healing after experiencing significant loss and surviving a fatal car accident. Her vast array of talents and passions allow her to pour into people of all kinds. Her greatest joy is discovering the beauty of a life well-lived and extending that invitation to others.

ROB MONTEPARE


Rob Montepare has dedicated his career to sculpting and empowering individuals and teams across diverse industries. With a background in the non-profit and sports-entertainment arenas, he brings great energy into each collaborative venture. Rob has been a catalyst for transformative change, specializing in fostering trust-driven relationships, uncovering and harnessing strengths, and strategically mapping out future endeavors. This includes shaping pivotal cultural drivers such as clear vision, motivating mission statements, organizational values, and intentional change management. An alumnus of Georgia State University, Rob is a retired professional Ice Hockey Referee and former sports team mascot. Rob has come to realization that the most important Identity is being a follower of Jesus first then husband to his wife Danielle and dad to his four children, Hannah, Kolbe, Caeli and Lily.

DEACON ADAM CONQUE

Dcn. Adam Conque is a deacon of the Diocese of Lafayette, Louisiana and holds an undergraduate degree in Theology from Catholic Distance University and a Master of the Arts in Catholic Theology from the University of Holy Cross in New Orleans. He serves at St. Martin de Tours Parish in St. Martinville where he lives with his wife Marianne and 10 children - Thomas, Mary, John, Bernadette, Anne, Joseph, Elizabeth, Paul, Stephen, and a baby due in September. Deacon has served the Church for over 20 years in the areas of parish ministry, Catholic education, adult formation, evangelization, and more. He has consulted for the founding and renewal of schools and parish life. He gives parish missions and welcomes invitations to speak on the spiritual life and prayer, discipleship, Scripture, culture, dogma, Catechesis, marriage and family, the diaconate, apologetics, liturgy, and more.


KATIE HELLER


With more than 15 years of experience managing projects and people, Katie is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders, and teams turn their ideas and visions into action. Katie is a relational bridge-builder, and when it comes to a work motto, Katie sticks to four “C”s - Clarity, Consistency, Communication, and Candor.
Beyond work, Katie graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with degrees in Theology and Catechetics. She has been married to Nick for 15 years, and they have two rescue pups, Cali and Lambeau. Katie is a sports lover and novice at-home chef. Nothing brings Katie more joy than doing life with her family and closest friends.
